Mr. Spilky, as a licensed California Real Estate Broker, and his associates developed a specialized RESTAURANT BROKERAGE/SITE SELECTION practice with Corporate offices in Encino, Ca. specializing in the exclusive representation of established full service and casual dining and QSR operators in their expansion programs relative to restaurant business and leasehold opportunities, restaurant conversions and repositioning, purchase options, build to suits, and ground leasing including real estate purchase and sale leasebacks.

Given his over 40 yrs. of expertise, he deals with Private Equity Firms and high net worth entities in buying and selling both Franchised and Corporate multi-unit chains for Brand expansion including JV deals.

This focused niche in retail tenant/landlord representation has enabled his company to establish an APPRAISAL/VALUATION & EXPERT WITNESS service thru the Judicial Court system with a comprehensive professional source for accomplishing their location/leasehold, real property and personal/business validation requirements.

In addition to his brokerage/site selection practice, he has created a LANDLORD/DEVELOPER consulting expertise offering service in the areas of area/location surveys combined with tenant mix allocation, site plan recommendations related to concept and venue proposals, detailed evaluation of perspective tenants, lease terms & conditions compared to landlord pro-formas, and exclusive restaurant lease representation.
